Managing Partner Vishwadeep Kumar, a management graduate from Amity University, is a dynamic entrepreneur with hands-on experience of 15+ years across several industries.
From building a thriving business with Indian Oil that serves over 20,000 consumers to running a successful delivery-based restaurant and making his mark in signage manufacturing, he continues to expand his impact with energy and innovation.
In 2024, he joined Square Realty as managing partner to build the Real Estate business.

Dhirender Gaur

Strategic Advisor

 Dhirender Gaur, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience across industries including IT, Telecom, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and BFSI. As a serial entrepreneur, he co-founded Pardhivs India (microfinance) in 1995, HIMS with Amrapali Group in 2010, and Ananta Bharat Nirman  (Not-for-profit) in 2015.
Passionate about social impact and business innovation, Dhiren has also worked with major conglomerates like HFCL, Arvind Mills, NIIT, Reliance, and Tech Mahindra, contributing to key mergers and acquisitions. His journey reflects a blend of corporate expertise and value-driven entrepreneurship.
