Managing Partner

Managing Partner Vishwadeep Kumar, a management graduate from Amity University, is a dynamic entrepreneur with hands-on experience of 15+ years across several industries.
From building a thriving business with Indian Oil that serves over 20,000 consumers to running a successful delivery-based restaurant and making his mark in signage manufacturing, he continues to expand his impact with energy and innovation.
In 2024, he joined Square Realty as managing partner to build the Real Estate business.

NEERAJ MITTAL

Co-founder

Neeraj is a real estate veteran with 15+ years of proven success. He built Shri Vinayaka Real Tech aka SVRT into a leading boutique brokerage in 2015, then helped build Shri Vinayaka Group as Managing Director, driving it towards Noida’s most trusted real estate brand. Today, he remains on the board with the group.
In 2024, Neeraj launched Square Realty, focused on revolutionizing distribution and acquiring high-value, cost-conscious assets to deliver unmatched customer value.

Dhirender Gaur

Strategic Relations

 Dhirender Gaur, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience across industries including IT, Telecom, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and BFSI. As a serial entrepreneur, he co-founded Pardhivs India (microfinance) in 1995, HIMS with Amrapali Group in 2010, and Ananta Bharat Nirman  (Not-for-profit) in 2015.
Passionate about social impact and business innovation, Dhiren has also worked with major conglomerates like HFCL, Arvind Mills, NIIT, Reliance, and Tech Mahindra, contributing to key mergers and acquisitions. His journey reflects a blend of corporate expertise and value-driven entrepreneurship.

Anuj has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies across several countries. He has an immense understanding of Technology and Business Development aspects across several areas.
He served multiple Fortuner 500 companies across India and Asia Pacific. He is passionate about Real Estate and advise several companies on Technilogy, AI and Real Estate in his free time.
