How to read a RERA certificate before you book

Every project advertisement in India must carry its RERA registration number and a scannable QR code. On our project pages you will find both, alongside the authority name and a link to verify the registration yourself.

What to check

First, confirm the number matches the authority portal. Second, check the validity window covers the promised possession date. Third, confirm the phase or tower you are buying is covered — large projects often hold multiple registrations.

If anything is unclear, ask your advisor for the certificate copy before paying a booking amount.
